When checking out, you will be given the option to pay by credit card or PayPal.
- We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- Your order will show up as "FACTORY 77" on your credit card statement.
- You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction.
Money Orders are not an accepted form of payment.
Privacy and Security
Upon checking out or accessing your account, you will be redirected to a secure connection with 256-bit encryption. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers.
Processing, Shipping, Delivery
Your order will be shipped within two business days of being placed.* We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
International orders can take up to three weeks for delivery. We are not responsible for any applicable customs charges or import duties. If you haven't received your order within four weeks, please contact customer support.
* Assuming that all products in your order are immediately available.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You may also get tracking information for your package by logging into your account. It may take a few hours for your tracking information to become active.
Order Status and Account Information
If you registered for an account, you may login at any time to check order status. Otherwise contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +1 (631) 891-0135. Our customer support team is available M-F between 9am-noon and 1-5pm ET.
We do not do exchanges. You must return the item for a refund, and at anytime you may purchase the correct size or item. All items must be returned within 10 days for domestic orders, and 30 days for international orders. Returns must be in a resellable condition. To return an item, include your original packing slip, noting which items are being returned accompanied by a brief explanation. Please allow approximately one week for processing of returns, you will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Incorrect Items and Damages
If you placed an order for the incorrect size or item, our standard return policy described above applies.
However, if you've received:
- An incorrect size or item
- An order with a missing item
- A damaged item
- The incorrect order altogether
Please contact us using the same email with which you placed the order. We will send out the correct (or undamaged) item immediately with a return label so you can send us back the incorrect (or damaged) item without any additional shipping costs.
